National Recycling Week - Reducing Our Consumption

This unit describes two different lesson plans developed for the Schools Recycle Right Challenge as part of Planet Ark's National Recycling Week. The first lesson involves using Pi to calculate the area and volume of aluminum cans, while the second lesson focuses on analyzing recycling and contamination data and producing a postcard to help people avoid contaminating recycling.
