To support Mental Health Week, we have created this toolkit, which provides ready-to-use posters, worksheets, and activities that provide guidance in building resilience, recognising emotions, and practising self-care strategies. Mental Health Week in October is a time for schools and communities to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote positive wellbeing practices related to mental health; however, mental health doesn’t end with October! Use these resources year-round to support secondary students in developing healthy habits and resilience.
