What is Water Scarcity?

'Water water everywhere, nor any drop to drink'. So said Coleridge in The Rime of the Ancient Mariner. The Earth has plenty of water, but only a small portion is safe to drink. This is water scarcity. Investigate how we are going with using water wisely and how we might improve.
