A recent study has shown that the wealthiest people in our world produce the most emissions (carbon inequality). Even though the poorest produce the fewest emissions, they are expected to suffer the most from the impacts of climate change (climate inequality). Given this, we can ask ourselves: who should be responsible for action on climate change?
